Performance Groups
(3-8 athletes)
Train in one of our performance groups! Sessions are 60 minutes and focus on speed, strength, flexibility, and agility.

We follow a specific program, which can be modified based on the individual. All progress is tracked in the Teambuildr app.
​
For your success, we offer group sessions M-Th @4:30, 5:30, and 6:30, Friday @4:30, and Saturday @10am, ensuring that you can come train frequently and meet your goals.
Personal Training
(1-2 ATHLETES)
Athletes also have the option of training 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 if they want a more personalized approach. Athlete(s) have complete attention from Coach Dylan and will follow an individualized program for their goals.

This is good option for athletes coming off of an injury, have a very specific goal, or want more attention from a coach.
Adult Training
We train adults too! Whether you still play sports, want to fix an injury, or just want to look and feel your best, training at CASE can be fun and rewarding!
​
Some adults choose to train in our Adult Performance group, while others prefer more individualized, 1-on-1 personal training.
